Order Processing
- Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- During high-volume seasons (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas), processing may extend to 3–4 business days.
Available Shipping Speeds
- Standard (3–5 business days): Economical and trackable via major carriers.
- Express (2–3 business days): Ideal for last-minute dinner parties or gifting needs.
Shipping Costs
- Calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination zone.
- Free standard shipping is offered on qualifying orders above a certain threshold (visible during checkout).
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Delivery Addresses
We ship to all U.S. states and territories, including P.O. boxes (via USPS for standard shipping only). Express and overnight services require a physical street address.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We are exploring international options and will update our policy accordingly.
Issues with Delivery
If your package shows as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, check around your property, ask neighbors, and contact the carrier. If the item is still missing, notify us within 5 business days so we can file a claim on your behalf.
